Taleclip is an AI-powered media creation platform that allows users to:

• Generate videos from text prompts or images
• Create AI-generated images
• Produce talking avatar videos with lip-sync
• Enhance and edit existing media

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use generation features. Credit costs vary by feature and usage parameters.

4.2 Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4.3 Free Credits

New users may receive complimentary credits. These credits expire after 90 days if unused and cannot be transferred or sold.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Impersonate others without consent
• Create content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

You own the content generated through the Service using your credits, subject to any third-party rights in source materials you provided.

6.3 License to Us

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for Service improvement, unless you opt out in your settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• Generated content will meet your expectations
